Design instruction to meet students' needs

Q: What and how do teachers work together to design instruction to meet the needs of a variety of learners.

Every student has different learning styles because everyone has different abilities to receive information, understanding the information and express the formation. As a result, teachers need to observe every student and make sure that every student understands what you have taught in the class, what they need to do, and how can they do these things. As a foundation, you have to make sure that every student is keeping engaged with class and you because when they keep engaged, it means they are thinking and receiving the information that you are teaching. In my opinion, there are some steps that teachers need to know when they are trying to design instructions.

First, you have to make sure that you know students' learning style because it will help you to know what kind of teaching style that you can use to support your students. Second, you need to making your class to be interesting which will make students to be more easy to keep engaged. Third, you also need to lead your students to involve the class step by step because it will help students know what is happening and what they should do. Moreover, you have to provide enough time for students to think especially for the ELL because when they think the questions, they need additional time to understand what the question asks. Besides, you should encourage students to discuss with others because it will help them make connections with others or exchange their different viewpoints.

Educators have to treat every student equally, but before it, you have to make sure that you know every student well because it will help you know how can you support each student who has different abilities.
